    "content": " Hon. Speaker, I want to lend my voice to the issue that is raised by Hon. John Mbadi, as amplified by Hon. Peter Kaluma. I think it is an acute issue of conflict of interest. I would agree that if that is the issue, then it should not be an issue of postponement as Hon. Mbadi was suggesting, it should be an issue in which you rule that a Member who presents a Petition by way of a public petition can then not come and amend that public petition.
