    "content": "was right in one aspect in that we should not defy it – although it means the same thing - but to retire and relook at it to determine whether there is a constitutional issue that has been properly brought and whether that issue can determine the fate of this Petition. If you come to the view that there is no constitutional issue, the matter can still be put on the Order Paper and then we vote on it. I humbly beg."
