    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I will start by saying that this is an interesting debate. I want to support the sentiments by the Leader of the Minority Party. Article 119 of the Constitution gives the petitioner the right to raise issues that you have raised before this House. The issues before you are constitutional matters. As much as this is a House of rules and order, it is also a House of equity, fairness, honour and justice. Hon. Speaker, the petitioner cannot suggest that we delete what the House had passed. I am speaking as a Member of the Committee. The issues which were brought before this House and which you entrusted with the Committee are very emotive.
