    "content": "so that we could use the relevant provision to ask the Members who imputed that bad motive on Members of the Committee to substantiate those claims, more so on the late Chairman, Hon. Paul Koinange, whose reputation was known by all Members of this House. Hon. Speaker, I would urge you to invoke those inherent authorities and defer this matter under Standing Order No. 53 (3) so that it can be reflected on well. That will also accord this House time to consider the issues which were addressed on the drought."
