    "content": "Timely interventions must be done if we are to save lives. Some of the interventions I am talking about include provision of water to both humans and livestock; supplementary and blanket feeding of those affected by the drought; provision of food aid, the aspect of cash transfers and in terms of education, including food subsidies for school fees, which should be provided. I am sure that without those kinds of interventions, lives will be lost. Currently, the livestock mortality rate is already extremely high. We must do our best to ensure that we save the remaining humans and livestock."
