"content": "Thirdly, still on the Legislature, they have created a clear distinction between the Executive and the Legislature. Currently, we do not really have a clear demarcation between those two institutions and, sometimes, members of those two institutions are confused as to who they should pledge their allegiance to. That is not very good for good governance. I still support because there are changes that have been proposed in the composition of Parliament with a specific provision for representatives with disabilities. This is taking care of a very big percentage of this nation. The last Census gave us an approximate number of 300,000. If we have a section of 300,000 people without proper representation, it is not very good and that has now been taken care of."
