"content": "I have read the provisions on the Executive and what impresses me most are the checks and balances that have been put in place. Now the Executive is going to be interrogated constantly by this House, even on the issue of appointments. All appointments will be subjected to interrogation by this House. This is going to ensure that all ethnic groups, regions and kinds of interests are taken care of because any list that is presented to this House will be thoroughly checked by all hon. Members. I am sure every hon. Member who will be present in the Eleventh Parliament will make sure that his or her constituency is taken care of."
