    "content": " Hon. Chairman, I beg to move: THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 7- Amendment of section 9 of No.40 of 2013 7A. The principal Act is amended in section 9 by deleting the words “Cabinet Secretary” appearing in subsection (2) and substituting therefor the words “Chief Justice”. This is to move the Tribunal from submitting its annual report to the Cabinet Secretary to the Chief Justice. I beg to move."
