    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after clause 1- Amendment of section 2 of No.40 of 2013. 1A. The Tax Appeals Tribunal Act is amended in section 2 by inserting the following definition in the proper alphabetical sequence- “Commission” means the Judicial Service Commission established under Article 171 of the Constitution; It relates to defining the Commission not as the Public Service Commission but as the Judicial Service Commission.
