    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for giving me the opportunity. I think Members have spoken well. What Hon. Melly has said is very clear. Let the Board decide. We should not give it to an individual because once we give this to the CS, it will be one person making decisions. Once the Board has raised an issue, then it can take that direction. On the issue of conviction, new clause 5B(d) states: “(d) is convicted of a criminal offence and sentenced to a term of imprisonment not exceeding six months without the option of a fine.” I think we need to do a further amendment to this one and capture it well."
