"content": ". (1) A licenced sugar miller shall be licenced by the board to sugar. carry out the business of processing industrial sugar. (2) The Board shall regulate the processing of industrial sugar. The objective of this New Clause 15A is to regulate sugar that is being imported into the country when there is sugar available in the local market. It is also to put conditions to be met before importation is carried out. The conditions must be met before the Board issues a certificate under Clause 15A(1)(c). Thank you."
