    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, for giving me this chance. The amendments suggested by Hon. Tiren go to the root of the problems in the sugar industry. It is important that the Chairman expresses himself on that because he is the leader of this Bill. That way, we will all endorse it. The problem that was brought to our attention in this House is that millers import sugar on behalf of others. Therefore, let us gag the millers from importing sugar. That way, our farmers will enjoy the benefits of their sweat."
