    "content": "may- (a) at any reasonable time, enter upon any land, premises or vehicle; (b) take such persons and things as the inspector considers necessary; (c) perform the functions or exercise the powers conferred by this Act or any other written law; (d) make enquiries or carry out a search to ascertain if this Act is being complied with; (e) demand the production by a licence holder of the licence for examination; (f) seize and remove any article or thing in respect of which the inspector has reasonable grounds for believing that an offence under this Act is being or has been committed; or (g) do any other thing authorized under this Act. (2) The owner or occupier of any land or a person in control of any premise or a vehicle which an inspector has entered under subsection (1) shall render such reasonable assistance as may be required by the inspector.
