    "content": "(6) A person shall not qualify for appointment under this section unless the person has met the requirement of Chapter Six of the Constitution. (7) The provisions set out in the Third Schedule shall have effect with respect to the meetings and procedure of the Tribunal. (8) Except as provided in the Third Schedule, the Tribunal shall regulate its own procedure as to the conduct of meetings. This is about establishment of the Sugar Arbitration Tribunal. The justification is that it seeks to establish the Sugar Arbitration Tribunal, whose functions will be resolving disputes in matters relating to sugar at the first instance before the party proceeds to court. This is one of the other ones that had issues that needed a replacement, and it is the reason why it has come now. It was in the miscellaneous part, but now it has been put into the main part of the Act. Thank you."
