Speaker, I rise to ask the Cabinet Secretary for Devolution the following Question: (i) Could the Cabinet Secretary clarify whether 300 bags of rice, which were part of relief food dispatched vide letter Ref No: MDP/SDSP/9/11Vol.1(37), dated 11thMay 2020 addressed to the Deputy County Commissioner, Endebess and copied to the area Member of Parliament for Endebess Constituency, were delivered and distributed to the intended beneficiaries? (ii) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide a list of all beneficiaries of the said relief food? (iii) Could the Cabinet Secretary provide a breakdown of all the relief food that was distributed in Trans Nzoia County in 2020 indicating its estimated cost, details of all beneficiaries in the County indicating their sub-locations, locations and sub-counties?"
