"content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I rise to support the draft as it is. The process of changing the Constitution has taken a long time. The only perfect Constitutions that I know of are the Bible and the Holy Quran. There is no other perfect Constitution. We can continue to improve on this Constitution with time. We will be judged harshly by our citizens. The people who voted for me to come here have said to me: âWe want our right. We want this Katiba to be completed. We want it as it is.â Why are we trying to change it now? We will continue. We will never finish this process. It will continue and continue. The only way to do it is to start now."
