    "content": "I am totally against the issue of regions. I think it is creating many openings for people to go tribal, to be misused and to have little kingdoms. Governments come from below and not from above. Regions are above counties. However, counties are the actual deliverers of service. Even if we had 47 counties, they can also be effective in policy making because they are closer to the people. It is not somebody in a region who will be in a position to understand--- The Senate is there and it will be corrective."
