    "content": "yesterday but, again, they wrote a third letter asking for the meeting to be rescheduled. So, in our Committee meeting tomorrow we have resolved to summon the National Treasury. Two weeks ago, we were to retreat and write a report but, again, the National Treasury failed to show up. But we are done with all the 19 IPPs and all other people involved, including the Ministry. The National Treasury is the only one that has not given evidence and so far, has refused to come. The first time they asked to be given two weeks. Then they asked for an additional two weeks which they were given and yesterday, they said they are not available. That is why we have not completed the report. By tomorrow, we are hoping to summon them to appear before us so that we can finalise. We are very sorry for having taken quite some time to finalise on this. Thank you, Hon. Speaker."
