    "content": "Democracy is based on the sovereignty of the people. The people of Kisumu Town East, say that they want the proposed Constitution as it is. They are saying: “We are tired of Members of Parliament and others going around to change it. Give us what is 80 per cent good and then we can wait for the rest later.” The Constitution that we rejected in the referendum was 85 per cent good, but because of politics, we rejected it."
