    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Speaker. I hear you and also what Hon. Ichung’wah has said. On matters audit, my Committee had requested for a special audit on Loiyangalani-Suswa Transmission Line. I am yet to get a report from PIC to understand the outcome of that. As we speak, we still owe some individuals claims amounting to almost Kshs5 billion. We have directed that no money should be paid to that contractor or line until a special audit has been done by the Auditor-General. It took almost seven months or one year for us to get a special audit."
