I think he only wanted to mention the name of Principal Secretary Kibicho, who comes from Kirinyaga County. The fact that PS Kibicho comes from Kirinyaga County does not mean that he made me a Member of Parliament. I am here by my own right. I am entitled and I have the ability to serve in any committee of this House. If Hon. Ichung’wah is obsessed with PS Kibicho and Kirinyaga, he might as well say it."
