    "content": "In line with the Constitution of Kenya 2010, water is constitutionally linked to human rights since the management of water resources is integrated with human rights to clean drinking water and to reasonable standards of sanitation. There is apparent need by the Government to review the water sector policies to align them to the achievement of the fundamental human rights in accordance with the constitutional provision under the Bill of Rights."
