    "content": " Thank you very much Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker for giving me a chance to make my contribution. Having read the Report, I realise that this is a good policy that will sort out some of the problems we have in most of our constituencies. Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, being my good friend, you know I come from Gatanga Constituency, which provides Nairobi with about 70 to 80 per cent of the water that Nairobi people drink. When the project was done, it was a multimillion shilling project. It was done many years ago and was financed by the World Bank. The big dam that was constructed there created a big problem for us in terms of climatic change. Our children and mothers became sick. In fact, most of the young ones from the area suffer from Asthma. It is as a result of what was done there."
