That is why everybody in the Execute must be held accountable if they forward certain commitments to the Chairpersons of the Committees. It cannot just be a piece of paper. If it is tabled and brought to the House, then it means that the Government is serious about what it pledges to do. If they are not ready, they should not commit themselves.
