Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me an opportunity to support the Committee’s Report that seeks to ratify the agreements that are trying to open our country to the rest of the Sub-Saharan Africa. I join other Members in thanking the Chair of the Committee. I have watched Hon. Pkosing with all these treaties, and he works so hard. I think I can compare Pkosing to my Chair of the Special Funds Accounts Committee. I have always seen him. You know I have a history with Pkosing. He went to university at Brandeis in the United States of America and I was also a student at Columbia University in New York at that time. So, we knew one another even before he got into Parliament. He is the kind of man that can get the job done when he really means it. I congratulate him for being the Chair of the Committee."
