    "content": " Thank you very much, Hon. Deputy Speaker. I am a Member of the Departmental Committee on Labour and Social Welfare. We are taking this matter very seriously because we, as a country, have a lot of unemployment. We must export labour. Countries like the Philippines have made trillions of shillings because of exporting labour. Even we will make a lot of money or foreign exchange when we export labour. But, we cannot agree or accept our children to be suffering abroad. But as you can see, the professionals that we have been sending abroad are not complaining. The complaint is in the lower cadre of workers. I think it is because of pre-departure training. We need to train them."
