I would want the Assistant Minister to state whether he is aware that there are many insurance firms in this country that are not following the package of the Finance Bill of December, 2009 where we provided that any insurer who does not meet its obligations within 60 days after filing of a claim is supposed to give reasons and just in case the Director or the CEO of IRA gives extension of time for payment of that claim and the same is delayed and paid after 30 days, then the company is deemed to be insolvent or unable to pay the claim. I want him to tell the House what he is doing to make sure that these insurers that have so many pending claims that have not been paid within the provided period, comply."
