    "content": "It puzzles me that the KRA is a department within the National Treasury. It should know when those delays are in place. This is Government to Government and so, I do not understand why we still have to be penalised for inordinate delays emanating from the National Treasury. I need your guidance on this matter. I had hoped to get a response this afternoon. It touches on all Members of Parliament (MPs) present here, and Senators, through their constituency offices."
