    "content": "manner of seeking re-committal is as provided for under Standing Order No.136(a). Therefore, I will propose the Question of the Motion under Order No.10 again, so as to accord any Member seeking to recommit further clauses an opportunity to move amendment of the Motion for Agreement with the Committee of the whole House in accordance with the Standing Orders. Thereafter, if the proposed amendment is agreed to, the House will dissolve into Committee of the whole House to dispense with all the recommitted clauses sequentially. Hon. Members, I will, therefore, proceed to propose the Question again."
