    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, although this is a different question, we had set aside Kshs500 million for purposes of emergencies, but the extent of the construction of our road network has been far much in excess of that. We have requested the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister and Ministry for Finance to avail Kshs2.2 billion for the purposes of the repair. We have got an undertaking and an agreement to our request by the Prime Minister. I believe the Prime Minister is in the process of trying to see that we get this money for that purpose."
