You know the rules and you cannot disparage a House which you are a part of. Secondly, you have a right to express displeasure with a response that is not satisfactory according to your expectation. At the same time, you know the procedure of sanctioning a Cabinet Secretary or taking any other action that you deem fit. It is not done the way you are doing it. So, confine yourself to the rules of the House."
