    "content": "Vacation of Office. 5B. A person shall cease to be a member of the Board of if the person— (a) is absent from three consecutive meetings of the Board without notifying the chairperson in writing; (b) becomes an officer, agent or member of staff of the Board; (c) resigns in writing addressed to the Cabinet Secretary; (d) is convicted of a criminal offence and sentenced to a term of imprisonment of exceeding six months without the option of a fine; (e) is declared bankrupt; (f) is unable to perform the functions of his or her office by reason of mental or physical infirmity; or (g) dies."
