    "content": "THAT, the Bill be amended by inserting the following new clause immediately after New Clause 24E — Vacancy. 24F. Where the office of any member becomes vacant, whether by death or otherwise, the Chief Justice may appoint another person to be a member of the Tribunal for the remainder of the term of the member whose vacancy cause the appointment.
