Fatuma Gedi was on her feet responding to the issue of a Question being asked and the Committee realised that the response was not satisfactory. I thought it was good that the Committee was able to go through the document and after realizing that it was not satisfactory, made a decision to send it back to the person who had given it. I had wanted to support her on that. That is why I wanted to rise on a point of order."
