    "content": "I was sad to see the girls jumping out of windows. I can imagine the level of distress and the fear in their eyes when they realized there was a fire in the third floor. I am sorry to the families and to the parents of these students for what they went through. Madam Deputy Speaker, as the Senator for Nairobi City County, I will report on this issue even before the Committee of Education looks into it. This is because these girls are my students and the schools are mine. I will invite Members who want to accompany me to have this discussion before waiting for the relevant Committee. On the first Statement, I would like to get more details. This is because our courts need to give rulings that are practical.
