    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in his answer to part (a) of the Question, the Assistant Minister has said that the project could not be sustained and had to be taken away because of stringent conditions. He has said now that they will award tenders for the Economic Stimulus Programme (ESP) by the end of April. Could he assure this House that the markets under the ESP will be started within this financial year, and that they will not run the risk of diversion of funds?"
