The changes that have been proposed by the SBC today are to replace some of our colleagues who have departed. It is quite difficult when you want to raise quorum in any Committee, particularly the Committee on Energy where Members are probably serving in other committees like the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights."
