Counties cannot be protected if parts of their people or a big chunk of their residents; especially women who are more than half of the people who reside in these counties and our persons with disabilities also form a reasonable number are not being given service when they deserve it and when they should be given a service is one too many. Numbers do not matter even if it is one person."
