    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, it is unfortunate that Kenya signed and ratified the convention on PWDs globally but when it comes to adhering to it, it becomes a big issue. Most awareness seen in the country is when PWDs are being given wheelchairs. However, a wheelchair would not bring food on their table. There is need for all counties to have a sustainable way to insure everybody because PWDs are deserving and have the brains to do all jobs including desk jobs and many other jobs."
