    "content": "I thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker, for the opportunity to add my comments on this Petition read on behalf of 15 petitioners by the Senator for Migori. I will only say three things. Firstly, a government is known and respected by the kind of attention that it focusses on the less fortunate members of the society and in this case, how the County Government of Migori treats people living with disabilities, speaks volumes about the care that that Government extends to everybody in that county. Madam Temporary Speaker, this matter is not just about Migori County but it touches on almost all the counties in this country."
