    "content": "this country terribly. They are not considered; they are pushed to the side, they do not get what they deserve and within their families they are discriminated. There are laws supporting PWDs, but implementation is the problem. As Sen. Dullo has said, even when they are told they will be given contracts, somebody uses their name to get the contract and then they are given small amounts. If their names are registered with companies, other people misuse them. People who are concerned with these issues should make sure that when they are giving contracts to PWDs, the real persons are given and they should decide who works for them."
