    "content": "In Kenya today, when it comes to tribes, women and youth, there are percentages, but who follows that? Nobody. The problem with this county is that we have many good laws and write good papers but implementation is zero. Until and unless we in the leadership change attitude and follow up the issue to the end, that is the only time we will succeed in helping poor communities, the disabled, the women and youth."
