    "content": "(3) Spell out measures, if any, put in place by the university administration and relevant Government security agencies to ensure the security and safety of students in and around that university following an increase in cases of attacks on them in the area. This is not the first, second or third brutal attack and murder of a student at the university in Kakamega. (4) Cause the Government to compensate the parents of the deceased on grounds of negligence by security agents in performance of their duties. It is a very sad story where a brilliant student of civil and structural engineering and a student leader in the university as well, walking with friends in the morning at 10.a.m was brutally attacked and fatally stabbed by a person who has not been arrested up to now."
