    "content": "I urge the Committee to look into this matter seriously. We have had cases of students muggings, murders and attacks not only at Masinde Muliro University, but many other universities as well. Young female students have been lured into social places by men with money who end up killing them. This has to come to a stop. I urge the Committee, in looking at Telewa’s matter, to also engage the security agencies and the Cabinet Secretary for Interior and Coordination of National Government on what special attention they are doing to give our students security while at the institutions of higher learning."
