    "content": "After the Second Readings, I urge the respective Movers of Bills listed at Committee of the Whole, as well as Committee Chairpersons and individual Senators who have filed amendments, to be in the Chamber to facilitate a smooth transition to the next stage. I also urge all Hon. Senators to avail themselves physically and virtually for the divisions to make a determination on all the Bills listed in the Supplementary Order Paper. As Hon. Senators may be aware, the Senate will proceed on recess at the rise of the Senate today, Thursday, 21st October, 2021, for a one-week recess, pursuant to the Senate Calendar. The Senate will thereafter resume its sittings on Tuesday, 2nd November, 2021. On that day, the Senate Business Committee will meet to consider and approve the business for the week. Subject to approval by the Committee, the Senate will consider Bills at the Second Reading stage, Bills at the Committee of the Whole stage and Motions on reports filed by Select Committees. The Senate will also continue with business that may not be concluded in today’s Order Paper. On Wednesday, 3rd November, 2021, the Senate will consider business that will not be concluded on Tuesday 2nd November, 2021, while on Thursday, 4th November,"
