    "content": "Their request to this Committee was that we push the Government to give them death certificates which they will in turn use to get compensation from the manufacturers of that aircraft and from the Ethiopian Airlines. They also asked that we compel the Government to provide counselling and therapy or trauma treatment for them. I am surprised this Committee did not come up with recommendations that would satisfy the members of this family. In my many works, including many years of teaching report writing, I have never seen a report that does not have recommendations."
