    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I think that we need to be clear on this matter. From what the Chairperson has explained to us, the prayer was just in regards to the death certificates. Right? I want to know why the Committee had to take a trip to Seattle to establish if death certificates were issued or not in Kenya. Our assumption was that the prayers were to do with compensation and getting justice. Why would the Committee travel all the way to Seattle in the USA to inquire if death certificates were issued by the Government of Kenya?"
