"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, this document says those holding offices of power; I believe Presidency or leadership either before or currently are barred from contesting the next election. It sounds nice. However, remember we have a National Accord. This National Accord was signed a few months ago by the two Principals. It says the President and the Prime Minister will share power equally. This power sharing deal is embedded in the current Constitution. This document as it is, accept it or not, bars the Prime Minister from contesting in 2012. I am not a lawyer, but that is the truth."
