    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I rise to support this Statement by Sen. (Dr.) Langat. I sit in the Committee on Health. On this issue of statutory deductions, I remember when the National Hospital Insurance Fund (NHIF) came to our Committee when we had summoned the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). They indicated that they had given county governments a grace period of three months to submit the statutory deductions."
