    "content": "We enjoy and are very lucky to afford a meal out there, but our own staff in our own offices, have not been paid their salaries. They are not been paid because either the PSC or the Exchequer has delayed in transmitting the money to Parliament. Therefore, when they go to the hospital, they cannot get basic services. This is a much wider issue. It does not only affect the people of Bomet, but also workers of low cadres in this country, including our own in Parliament."
